DIY Projector Mount
Once again, I chose to go the DIY route. Commercial mounts are overpriced, imo, and DIY is so much cheaper.
I used some spare acryllic, a piece of MDF to mount to the rafters and some various screws and bolts. The
mounting holes on the projector are metric M4 size, and were impossible to find locally in any length above
4mm. I ordered some from McMaster-Carr. With my mount, the projector can be adjusted along 3 planes, which
allows greater flexibilty if I change screens, and greater error correction if my measurements were off
(more so the latter:).
